When Mark and Elizabeth Pichea moved into their Prospect home in 2006, they beloved their garden and the park-like placing of the Hunting Creek subdivision. The home, on the other hand, required some get the job done.

“It was in an ugly point out,” Elizabeth explained. “It experienced sat on the market place for a year, but my partner and I like fixer-upper variety of issues — so we took it as type of a obstacle.”

Hardwood and new hues
