KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Homevestors, a franchise specializing in obtaining and promptly reworking distressed homes, has renovated what it can be calling “The Ugliest Home of the Yr 2020.”
The residence, a 2,146-square-foot Knoxville dwelling created in 1945, was voted the winner in a nationwide vote.

When Khalsa obtained the 3-bed room, 2.5-bathtub house, it experienced a condemnation order against it and was scheduled to be demolished. Crammed full of junk with piles as tall as an adult, the house had been vacant for decades.
