A Yakima nonprofit that supports individuals with daily life-altering illnesses is having nearer to its purpose of a new property.
Wellness House has elevated $1,072,750 toward its $1.9 million capital campaign, “Hope Moves Ahead,” according to a news release. Money will support the purchase and renovation of its upcoming dwelling at 6006 Summitview Ave. in Yakima.
Wellness Property, 210 S. 11th Ave., Suite 40, presents support and treatment all over the Yakima Valley and over and above for people diagnosed with cancer, ALS, despair and other everyday living-altering sicknesses.
Government Director Margaret Filkins claimed the business has been in its present-day making given that 1993. Established in 1988, it has drastically expanded the range of applications and providers presented, she explained.
